Bruce MacDonaldIn my opinion, the best overall back-saving snow shovel is the "Union" push-plow model. I don't know if they make 'em like they used to, but I have one my dad owned; it outlasted him, and it will outlast me. I also use a small, heavy-duty gardening shovel to break ice and windrows.
