Before, I never understood how anyone could enjoy exercise. I suspect another diabetes drug of a different class, good old <a href="https://zeroes.ca/tags/metformin" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#metformin</a>, is helping too. <a href="https://zeroes.ca/tags/Mounjaro" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Mounjaro</a>, especially, has made a world of difference. If you're not diabetic, <a href="https://zeroes.ca/tags/tirzepatide" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#tirzepatide</a> is also available as a weight-loss drug under a different name (<a href="https://zeroes.ca/tags/Zepbound" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Zepbound</a>). And another <a href="https://zeroes.ca/tags/incretin" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#incretin</a> drug, not approved yet, is on the horizon: <a href="https://zeroes.ca/tags/retatrutide" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#retatrutide</a>. From everything I've read about it, it should be the best of all.

But it's a rare side-effect at least. I'm on <a href="https://tenforward.social/tags/dulaglutide" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#dulaglutide</a> which also has that as a rare side-effect. Martin KosteraProbíral jsem s kámošem ty moje levné náhražky Saxendy, Ozempicu a Mounjara. Poslal jsem mu tu svou "rešerši" a sepsul mě, že jsem neuvedl obyčejné kvasnice. Obyčejné droždí. Málem jsem se pozvracel. 🤮😂 A to prosím neznám osobně druhou osobu, která by droždí jedla, než moje mamka a vždy jsem prchal, abych to neviděl. 😁 Ale je to fakt. Je to extrémně levné. 42g(2g je ten hliníkový obal, bych řekl) balení stojí 5-12 kaček. Je z toho cca 20g čistého betaglukanu, což je skoro ta jedna pomyslná dávka, kterou simulují léky na hubnutí. Ty jsou v kvasnicích, houbách a ovsi.
