Bryan Redeagle :bc:<p>I installed a new toilet. Fingers crossed I didn't fuck it up. So far so good, though. </p><p><a href="https://beige.party/tags/plumbing" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>plumbing</span></a> <a href="https://beige.party/tags/HomeImprovement" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>HomeImprovement</span></a> <a href="https://beige.party/tags/TimAllenGrunt" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>TimAllenGrunt</span></a></p>
Bryan Redeagle :bc:<p>Semi-productive Sunday: I installed two new lights that replaced an old boob light and a bare bulb. By the lack of electrical boxes underneath the old lights, I'm worried about replacing the parlor and dining room lights.</p><p>Don't mind the zip ties. Those will be removed when I pull out the coax and replace it with network cable.</p><p><a href="https://beige.party/tags/HomeImprovement" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>HomeImprovement</span></a> <a href="https://beige.party/tags/lighting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>lighting</span></a> <a href="https://beige.party/tags/electrical" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>electrical</span></a> <a href="https://beige.party/tags/TimAllenGrunt" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>TimAllenGrunt</span></a></p>
Bryan Redeagle<p>I found a good enough way to find a stud in my 100+ year old home, a rare earth magnet stud finder. Doesn&#39;t always work and is mostly useless in the kitchen where the wire mesh is, but I was able to find the joists in my ceiling to mount my projector correctly. <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/OldHouses" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>OldHouses</span></a> <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/DIY" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>DIY</span></a> <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/HomeImprovement" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>HomeImprovement</span></a> <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/TimAllenGrunt" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>TimAllenGrunt</span></a></p>
