Could see the appeal of him I suppose, but he creeps me out. All guru figure types creep me out but they’re really popular it seems

My spouse says he watched his workout once & it would exhaust anyone in a not good way but the data he’s creating could be useful?

I think it might also have something to do w/over-coming/surviving some sort of traumatic adversity in the past that might shape current & future attitudes. If you could survive whatever horror, likely possibility you could again?

Read a great piece on #TheSecret & how it’s done unfathomable amount of harm b/c of the unbelievable millions of copies it sold

My philosophy always been to expect the worst but hope for the best… +paranoia; a healthy amount? need a concept for that now😂

Right off, it's triggering for the religious trauma. Too reminiscent of the religious belief i left too late. I'm a skeptic. But my squeamishness also comes from how the law of attraction is centered on that wealth worship aspect of our culture that made me take a hard anti-capitalist turn myself.

I think positive thinking can improve things in health/life, but the law of attraction is bullshit.

Among the bs is that one can cure cancer with your thoughts, discrimintory systems aren't responsible for anything- it's just you, you can manifest an end to homophobia around you, but not the world.
