#Travelling again and managed to finish the second season of #TheOldMan sadly no more seasons. Though kept thinking what had #Sebadoh had done when she asked for Lou Barlow in the final scene. Great series/story and wish it had been renewed
John Lithgow, Jeff Bridges and Alia Shawkat are phenomenal in The Old Man. One of the best bits of TV I’ve watched in a long time.

Just finished watching both seasons of The Old Man over the past week or so. I thought it was excellent. One of the better shows I've seen in a while.
No spoilers, but the artwork Hulu is using for it severely misrepresents the show. I avoided this show for a long time mostly based on that, and the audience score on Rotten Tomatoes wasn't high enough to convince me otherwise. (I'm going to speculate that the pacing was not to everyone's taste; it's definitely very measured.) #TV #TheOldMan
I just finished season 2 of the FX thriller "The Old Man". I was mesmerized every minute. This is a truly masterful tale of spy craft, international intrigue, action, and mystery.
But what really sets it apart are the fabulous characters and their fascinating relationships. Jeff Bridges, John Lithgow and Amy Brenneman are all fantastic. But Alia Shawkat gives a truly award worthy performance as a woman with 3 separate lives.

The Old Man is another I'm worried will disappoint.
I almost quit it during the first episode but returned to finish it and mostly enjoyed the first season because of the spy elements, and I have an inappropriate crush on Alia Shawkat
