OchMensch<p>Ich kann mich der positiven Kritik nur anschließen. Zum Wochenende kam das dicke Paket bei mir an, alle sieben Alben durchgehört und ich bin begeistert. Faszinierend neben der wirklich aufwendigen Aufmachung der Box ist auch die stilistische Breite der enthaltenen Musik. Current obsession: why are the official lyrics for "Jungleland" on Springsteen's site wrong?

We have “Until the local cops, Cherry Tops, rips this holy night”, which is not what he sings for a start and if he did it would be ungrammatical.

It gives the impression that he's saying the local cops, plural, are known as Cherry Tops.

What it should say is “the local cop's cherry top”. There's one local cop, who has (possessive apostrophe-s) one cherry top (a circular red light on their car).

This song has been out there since 1975; have the lyrics been printed wrong for 50 years?
