@nanoelquant @frankie Setting up #Tigase for calls (with STUN/TURN server) is rather easy: https://tigase.org/blog/tigase-server-with-stun-turn/ especially if you use docker/docker-compose) and then you can use any client and there is a bunch, starting with our #BeagleIM, #SiskinIM and others like #Conversations, #Dino and probably others...
Alternatively you can host your domain on our #Tigase.im/#sure.im servers cutting out difficulty of self-hosting :-)

@og@allthingstech.social #SiskinIM (https://siskin.im/) - with audio/video calls and OMEMO :-)
@neil @RussSharek #SiskinIM does support calls and message notifications, but it requires compatible server (Tigase XMPP Server: https://tigase.org/, https://github.com/tigase/tigase-server) or alternatively prosody also should support it now.
May I suggest you add @SimpleXChat and @xmpp solutions like @snikket_im #Bear and #SiskinIM from @tigase within the Messaging section?
