☀️ Sonnenmerus︱Romerus 🏳️‍🌈Gestern kam dann das neue <a href="https://leipzig.town/tags/Display" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Display</a> endlich an, mit neuer Panzerglasfolie on top sowie Reinigungstücher. Das Display ließ sich wunderbar einfach austauschen und alles funktioniert wieder tadellos. Sicherung auch gleich nachgeholt. Wie gut, dass das ohne weiteres möglich ist, dank <a href="https://leipzig.town/tags/modular" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#modular</a> aufgebautes <a href="https://leipzig.town/tags/Smartphone" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Smartphone</a> von <a href="https://mastodon.social/@shiftphones" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@shiftphones</a>. fliegerjohnUff, ziemlich ärgerlich! Mein <a class="hashtag" href="https://fedi.datenkastl.de/tag/shift6mq" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Shift6mq</a> ist mir ca. einen Meter von einer Ablage auf den Boden gefallen. Natürlich hab ich ein Panzerglas und es war auch in einem Bumper. Nun macht der Bildschirm überhaupt nichts mehr obwohl es keine äußerlichen Schäden gibt... Das Gerät startet auch laut Vibration neu und öffnet die Kamera bei Doppelklick auf den Powerbutton. Den Bildschirm hab ich mehrmals ausgesteckt und wieder eingesteckt um Kontaktprobleme ausschließen zu können... Nächste Woche kommt Besuch auf die Alp und so werde ich mal einen neuen Bildschirm zu ihnen schicken lassen. Habe festgestellt, dass die garnicht so billig sind und werde mir wohl auch noch ein Flipcase dazu bestellen, um nochmal etwas Schutz zu haben...

The softwareISP should then - at least in theory - "just work". Well, fingers crossed :)P.S.: the one device where this already worked is the <a href="https://floss.social/tags/PinePhonePro" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#PinePhonePro</a> - but until recently it broke audio. That was also fixed in the process.P.S.S.: maybe I'm a bit too optimistic regarding QC devices, see below

"unangenehmere" Fragen eingeht wie was denn Vergleichbare Handys wären usw.. Allgemein ist es sehr schön zu sehen dass ihr diesen Entwicklungsprozess transparent gestaltet, auch wenn dadurch ggf. Streichungen/Einschränkungen von Funktionen sichtbar werden können, aber so ist das nun mal wenn es im Hintergrund keinen Sponsor bzw. nur die Gemeinschaft von Vorbestellern gib. fliegerjohnLeider hat sich anscheinend mal wieder zum zweiten mal der Displayport von meinem <a class="hashtag" href="https://fedi.datenkastl.de/tag/shift6mq" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Shift6mq</a> gelockert. Dies äußerte sich dann in Aussetzern, oder Streifen auf dem Bildschirm. Auch dauert das Einschalten des Bildschirmes ewig. Ich denke die Initialisierung des Bildschirmes wird sich bei schlechtem Kontakt etwas hinziehen... Zum Glück lässt sich das Gerät aber super zerlegen und so habe ich die Steckleiste neu eingesetzt. Um das erneute Lösen des Portes zu verhindern hab ich diesmal zwei Streifen Gewebeband auf den Port geklebt. Ich hoffe nun, dass der Stecker duch den Bildschirm auf die Kontakte gedrückt wird und so die Verbindung bestehen bleibt. Bevor ich das erste Mal das Handy zerlegt habe hatte ich Emailkontakt mit <a class="u-url mention" href="https://mastodon.social/@shiftphones" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@shiftphones</a>. Dabei wurde mir auch angedeutet, dass das nächste Modell eine Steckleiste mit Sicherung bekommt.
