seems like #facebook is in part switching off the islamophobic & #zionist #ban / #shadowban filters it used to put in action to cover the israeli genocidal #crimes. it's a few weeks since I am amazed to see on #fb more and more images and posts like these ones. NEVER seen before, especially in the first months of the genocide.

It's been a week since I posted about how I noticed that Apple News stopped recommending articles from Al Jazeera, which they had been recommending so frequently that I mistakenly thought I had followed that outlet. Upon realizing that I hadn't, I did.

I've been following Al Jazeera since March 14th. Apple News has presented me zero stories from that outlet in the past seven days. As far as when the recommendations first ceased, my best guess is sometime between late January and mid February.

Uff ich werde in letzter zeit so oft auf Plattformen (hauptsächlich #reddit und #youtube) ge- #shadowban -ed. Die scheinen jetzt alle unglaublich Zensurfreudige #LLMs zur Moderation einzusetzen. Das macht einen so unfassbar sauer, da versucht man sich zu einem Thema zu vernetzen und schreibt zwanzig Minuten einen gut formulierten Beitrag und dann ....

Und wirklich NICHTS an den Beiträgen war irgendwie problematisch.

Jedes mal schwör ich mir die komplett zu canceln.

I think youtube started shadowbanning Vaush since past few days.

Why do I suspect this? Usually, videos from channels I frequent consistently appear on my youtube suggestions feed.

I watch Miles in Transit - there are Miles' videos on my feed.

I watch Last Week Tonight - there are LWT videos on my feed.

The same was with Vaush, until recently. I am now forcing the algorithm by watching random Vaush videos, but none appear on my feed.
