:univention: Univention<p>Bei <a href="https://univention.social/tags/Univention" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Univention</span></a> arbeiten wir viel <a href="https://univention.social/tags/remote" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>remote</span></a>.

Так что заранее приглашаю всех желающих к диалогу и обмену опытом в комментариях.</p><p><a href="https://habr.com/ru/companies/magnus-tech/articles/785638/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">habr.com/ru/companies/magnus-t</span><span class="invisible">ech/articles/785638/</span></a></p><p><a href="https://zhub.link/tags/%D1%83%D0%BF%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%B2%D0%BB%D0%B5%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%B5_%D0%BF%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%B5%D0%BA%D1%82%D0%B0%D0%BC%D0%B8" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>управление_проектами</span></a> <a href="https://zhub.link/tags/scrum" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>scrum</span></a> <a href="https://zhub.link/tags/kanban" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>kanban</span></a> <a href="https://zhub.link/tags/%D0%BC%D0%B5%D1%82%D0%BE%D0%B4%D0%BE%D0%BB%D0%BE%D0%B3%D0%B8%D0%B8_%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%B7%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%B1%D0%BE%D1%82%D0%BA%D0%B8" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>методологии_разработки</span></a> <a href="https://zhub.link/tags/%D0%B3%D0%B8%D0%B1%D1%80%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%BD%D1%8B%D0%B5_%D0%BC%D0%B5%D1%82%D0%BE%D0%B4%D0%BE%D0%BB%D0%BE%D0%B3%D0%B8%D0%B8" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>гибридные_методологии</span></a> <a href="https://zhub.link/tags/waterfall" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>waterfall</span></a> <a href="https://zhub.link/tags/%D0%B2%D1%8B%D0%B1%D0%BE%D1%80_%D0%BC%D0%B5%D1%82%D0%BE%D0%B4%D0%BE%D0%BB%D0%BE%D0%B3%D0%B8%D0%B8" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>выбор_методологии</span></a> <a href="https://zhub.link/tags/scrumban" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>scrumban</span></a></p>

BowtieAgility<p>I often struggle with what to say when a student asks me about "Scrumban." I've met a couple of healthy teams that claim to do <a href="https://techhub.social/tags/Scrumban" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Scrumban</span></a>, but I can't distinguish how what they're doing is meaningfully different than Kanban. But most of the time when a team tells me they're doing Scrumban, what they're really doing is....nothing. Not <a href="https://techhub.social/tags/Scrum" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Scrum</span></a>. Not <a href="https://techhub.social/tags/Kanban" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Kanban</span></a>. They just have a 40-minute long standup meeting everyday, and "Scrumban" is an excuse they use for why they have no rules or functional inspect and adapt loops.</p><p>Yesterday I had a CSP-SM student tell me that they asked <a href="https://techhub.social/tags/ChatGPT" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ChatGPT</span></a> "Is Scrumban a real thing?"<br>The bot came back with the usual definition and description, and stated that it was a prevalent practice. But then the student asked the bot to distinguish its answer from Kanban, and after some back and forth, the result was that it couldn't. </p><p>Confusing a chat bot isn't any kind of gold standard, but I'm glad to know I've got some robotic company</p>
