Newer #Radxa #RockPi4CPlus case variant turned out fine, still needs a few tweaks before upload though. Way better than the older remix. Power button is now accessible and a dust filter integrated into the design. Just the right height for a 10mm fan and flat heatsinks, with enough space
on each side to use the GPIO pins.
Print quality of this one is rather meh as it was a really fast prototype print (and I still don't own a nice textured sheet).

It's a rather simple remix of an existing model that made it less weird. I shit you not, despite being out for quite a long time this is *the only* case for this specific SBC on Printables and only the *third* kind of case available on #Yeggi. The other two are either specialized or weird.

Not to mention the fan is supposed to be mounted outside of the case, how unaesthetic. Seems like yet another one that deserves a 3D model remix.

By day I work as a cloud engineer working heavily with both #aws and #gcp technologies.
By night, I like to mess around with my kubernetes cluster of #raspberrypi and #rockpi single board computers or experiment with VMs and GPUs. Like streaming multiple games on VMs on the same computer.
Sometime I play a game or two on a steam deck.
Got the Raspberry Pi Camera V2 to work with the Rock 4 SE. Gstreamer bindings for now. We'll see if I can get it in a Python script.

I was able to create a #frankenstein #rockpi install for my #4cplus using the #ubuntu #bootloader and #slackware root #filesystem It worked but was not ideal

Due to the current shortage of Raspberry Pi's around the globe, OKdo (https://www.okdo.com/) has started to invest in another Single Board Computer (SBC) called the Rock Pi.
This SBC contains a very similar layout to the Raspberry Pi 3 but has the speed and power of the Pi 4 with extra abilities (see the table further below for more details).
