The latest pay offer from the government is pathetic and was rejected by the Royal College of Nursing.
I and my colleagues are at our lowest ebb, we're exhausted, and we have no energy left. There are record levels of sickness. So many of us are looking for a way out. This country is haemorrhaging "shop floor" nurses, there is zero incentive.
Sunak took private jet trips costing almost £500,000 in just over a week

The government lost 75% of the £12bn it spent on PPE in the first year of the pandemic to inflated prices and kit that did not meet requirements
But sure, there is not enough money to pay doctors and nurses so they can pay their everyday bills.

Next round of RCN nurses strikes will be for 48hrs, 1st-3rd March 2023, this time we are calling all our members out on strike, no derogations. The government have continued to refuse to talk to us, so we have been left no choice:
