Ted Laderas<p>Yesterday was a good day. I taught a session of Intro to R and did a workshop that I'm calling "Better Plots" for the Data Science Lab at Fred Hutch. It mixes perceptual psychology with R and Python to present ways of telling your data story clearly. It leverages <a href="https://vmst.io/tags/WebAssembly" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>WebAssembly</span></a> to give you runnable examples in <a href="https://vmst.io/tags/Rstats" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Rstats</span></a> / <a href="https://vmst.io/tags/Python" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Python</span></a> in your browser. <a href="https://vmst.io/tags/DataScience" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>DataScience</span></a> <a href="https://vmst.io/tags/wasm" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>wasm</span></a> <a href="https://vmst.io/tags/quartolive" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>quartolive</span></a></p><p>Thanks everyone for coming, and special thanks to our TAs: Chris Lo and Kate Isaac!</p><p>Check it out here!: <a href="https://hutchdatascience.org/better_plots/" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">hutchdatascience.org/better_pl</span><span class="invisible">ots/</span></a></p>
