I am also very short from mixing my own water. Honestly, I have enough experience in a laboratory and I have an osmotic filter. For #espresso it is less important, but #pourover is quite sensible to water quality... Talking about rabbit holes, and such... #coffee
Pulled the trigger, since I've sold my Bezerra Strega, and ordered a Fiorenzato Pietro. Also, #pourover > #espresso (at least for light roasts), but I will keep my old Olympia Express. #coffee

Baklava acquired. We had lunch a bit early so this seems like a suitable treat with our early-afternoon #pourOver coffee.
We've been going to this baklava place for a couple of years, and accidentally moved quite close to them now. So our #baklava habit is more green as we don't have to drive to imbibe.
this one has more bitterness compared to the yeast naturals. but it also has a syrupy mouthfeel and some floral stuff going on. there is a pleasant acidic general fruitiness to it that lingers. pretty good.
