My comment last year about the course was "a thousand paper-cuts", because even though EG is only ~800ft, there are 4 >5%-grade uphills, with the steepest one 7.7%! Traffic control was not ideal, and sometime we ran on sidewalks which have up-n-downs all the time.

Judging from my PR time on #SnohomishRiver Run #Marathon 3:31:15 (EG 218ft) and #Seattle Marathon 3:32:50 (EG 1,608ft), my goal for this one is just sub-3:30:00.

This #LongRunSunday I embarked on a scout run for the #MillTown #Marathon I'll participate 2 weeks from now. I ran this race last year as my very first official marathon race, and I got lost 3 times! So I decided no more -- I'm going to follow the map on my own before the race day!

I took it easy, leaving plenty of time for checking the map, refueling, and photos etc. Moving time was 4:07 pace 9'25"/mi. ~72% in Z2 or under.
