In things that aren’t life or death, unlike a lot of what’s happening, it really annoys me that they make you put the windows down on most long and/or international flights down now, at least when it’s light out.

I really wish the person running this meeting would stop pronouncing the word "checkbox" as if it were "chexbox" (or checksbox?).

Anyway, it's a small pet peeve, but it's still a peeve. So I'm peevish.

Das nimmt dem Zitat komplett den Sinn und Witz, und ich es höre es meistens von Menschen, die die fünfbändige #Anhaltertrilogie nicht gelesen haben.

Es gibt sogar eine Doku Sendung mit dem Titel "42 die Antwort auf fast alles". Da kommen interessante Themen vor, aber mich nervt das so sehr, ich kann die Sendung nicht ansehen.

I think one of the greatest impediments to developing renewables in the West is that after the capital costs, the energy is free. Compare that to the continued profit from exploration, extraction, refining and transportation of fossil fuels. It's a never ending chain of profit generation.
