This is his firsthand account, along with extensive background and survivor accounts from others he interviewed. Tragically, his friend and neighbor Tsachi Idan was murdered by Hamas since the publishing of the book, and his friend Omri Miran is still in captivity. I was following the news on various telegram channels (in English, Arabic and Hebrew) and one of the stories that completely disappeared from the web and news media was what happened to the "Sderot’s local police station" where Palestinian resistance taking a stand against the Israeli military and police.

I had pictures of when IDF used bulldozers against it and when tanks arrived at the site, but then everything was cut off and all you could see was the destroyed building (with all the Israeli police and civilians inside) and nothing else.

All that is available today is some propaganda pieces by the Israeli media without a SINGLE mention of the actual events on that day and all those killed there are listed as "murdered by Hamas".

What is alarming is that in 2024 Russia has convinced people in Russia that organized murder and killing is the best answer. Just like people are cheering on #LuigiMangione that killing is the best answer and not using his social media to promote #TheBookFrom2010 book from year 2010.

Russia is able to convince Russian people to die for greed. That should scare the whole world in 2025. Palestine on #October7 (Putin's birthday) in 2023 was able to convince itself that Terrorism killing was good.
