Als Grund liest man immer wieder <a href="https://social.adlerweb.info/tags/Datenschutz" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Datenschutz</a>, realistischer dürfte sein, dass das Rettungswesen Sache der Bundesländer ist und es an Geldflüssen und der grenzüberschreitenden Zusammenarbeit hapert. Jetzt bekommen die Leitstellen also zumeist die Position der Anrufenden. Klingt gut, oder? Nun, ich hab da Bauchschmerzen.a) Es ist erst mal nur ein Pilotprojekt. Die Pilotphase läuft nur bis 31. August 2025.b) Offenbar gibt es schon erste Stimmen den Trog zu öffnen und die Daten auch für die Ermittlungen bzgl. Notrufmissbrauch zu nutzen. Das ist aktuell glücklicherweise verboten und eine sehr schlechte Idee. Das System wurde nie dazu geschaffen als rechtlich saubere Information zu dienen, die Daten werden vom Handy ermittelt und lassen sich sehr leicht fälschen. Bereits heute ist fehlende Risikokenntnis der Ermittlungsbehörden ein massives Problem und erleichtert es diese auf Grund ihrer Unkenntnis als Waffe gegen politische Gegner einzusetzen (z.B.
