Closing of the <a href="https://freeradical.zone/tags/HyperV" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>HyperV</span></a> GUI, rebooting the laptop restored the working state.</p><p>On another MS Windows 10 laptop can access the VM running under <a href="https://freeradical.zone/tags/VirtualBox" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>VirtualBox</span></a> (bridged network) from PuTTY, WSL 1 just fine.
