:wa: MrRob.in :chevyvan:🇬🇧<p>Excuse the Facebook link but some prick has been invading our privacy with his drone directly over our house while we were in and about the garden.<br>(Especially nice after 6 weeks of antisocial behaviour on the lock in front of out home.)</p><p>Anyway it seems it’s all perfectly legal, because it’s a small unregulated drone, if very antisocial. :wa: MrRob.in :chevyvan:🇬🇧<p>Yes!<br>Final bits before son can move in are done!</p><p>Fridge door rotated, light modded to not glare into living area, and I clipped the cables up. I’m very happy with the results.</p><p>And today after it stopped raining I was able to do the kitchen sink and shower wastes. Not perfect but it will do until we get the groundwork done and paint the chassis beams. They are tantalised so that can wait for nicer weather along with insulating the water pipes and boxing them in.</p><p><a href="https://weird.autos/tags/LogCabinBuild" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>LogCabinBuild</span></a> <a href="https://weird.autos/tags/ShedMastodon" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>ShedMastodon</span></a></p>

:wa: MrRob.in :chevyvan:🇬🇧<p>Sink supply and waste at least to outside the wall are plumbed in and the Blue Tissue of Truth is in place and dry so far.</p><p>So I can plum a sink up and get it watertight first time apparently 🤞😉</p><p>And secondly don’t believe the experts who all insisted running an un-insulated hot water supply pipe 5 meters underground was never going to work. About 3 degrees C drop in temp after a minute and a half running. And the worktop is ready to be varnished after I cut the inner cabinets to allow room for sink tap and overflow waste pipes.</p><p>We are nearly finished inside 👍 </p><p><a href="https://weird.autos/tags/LogCabinBuild" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>LogCabinBuild</span></a></p>
:wa: MrRob.in :chevyvan:🇬🇧<p>Not quite as ££$€ scary as the ‘fitting the shower enclosure’ day, but there was much more likelihood of things hurting me today.</p><p>After a few trials with the router, which vibrated loose all my attempts at securing jigs in place, I decided to use my trusty old jigsaw (at least 35 year old 350w Black &amp; Decker one) ….</p><p>About 3 hours later 🥵 (it was very slow going) I ran the router around to square this up 👍</p><p>Just the cutouts for the electric conduit to do now 😁</p><p><a href="https://weird.autos/tags/LogCabinBuild" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>LogCabinBuild</span></a></p>

The can be a little tricky to get working but we haven’t had any total failure to charge yet. A type 2 to 1 adapter is useful for tethered slow sites.</p><p>Hopefully we can get some mileage on it and test out the charging network once I’ve finished the <a href="https://weird.autos/tags/LogCabinBuild" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>LogCabinBuild</span></a> and D feels a little better.</p>
