It's honestly frustrating to see that Librewolf isn't even packaged in the official repos of any Linux distros. It's been around for so long and has a good reputation, yet even the most questionable proprietary spin-offs make it into repos, but not Librewolf. This is just disappointing, to say the least :/

has anyone noticed that the timestamps displayed on messages and things on Librewolf are really off usually? is there a fix because i really don't want to message up appointments and stuff

IDK how Floorp could escape my attention for so long, I only recently started to hear about it. Today I installed it and only used it for a couple of hours and I'm impressed how good it is. It's a very promising browser that I already started to like more then Firefox and easily beats all of the other ones that are based on Firefox. The other one that I like is LibreWolf with it's very sane default settings plus it came with the only extension that I ever need with UBlock Origin out of the box. I keep both of them on my system since they are different enough.

I have to agree with @thelinuxEXP about Firefox. We've given them a pass too often. So today I've replaced Firefox with Librewolf

Luckily I manage my configuration and extension with Nix Home manager, so I just had to change a single line in order to make Librewolf my default browser with the same extensions and plugins applied

I've been testing out using #LibreWolf as my daily driver to replace #FireFox. So far it's been an amazing experience. The only "hiccup" was discovering that sites like Slack and Gmail the timestamps were set to UTC instead of my local timezone. This was only a mild nuisance though and I quickly resolved it with a timezone spoofing extension...

I absolutely love the compact mode that comes with zen browser (fork of firefox). Look at this side by side comparison of both Zen (left) and Librewolf (right, more direct fork of firefox). I really love that the tool bar is hidden on the left in an autohide mode.

Ich nutze Pi-hole in der aktuellen Version. Seit gestern werden keine CSS Dateien mehr für Startpage, Fritz.box und Pi-hole geladen. Ich habe nichts verändert oder dergleichen.

Ich nutze Librewolf unter Fedora. Ich kann mir das nicht erklären. Alle anderen Seiten laufen ohne Probleme. Wie und womit kann das zusammenhängen? Mir erschließt sich das nicht.

Lifepro Tip: #Librewolf will not let you paste images by default.

You have to go to about:config

Then either set the top option to false or add in the domain for each website you want to paste pictures to.

I recently switched from #Firefox to #LibreWolf

Librewolk is messing images I post to various web sites. See the screen shot below.

Any idea on how I can get Librewolf to stop doing that?

The image on top in the screenshot was posted with Firefox. The brown rectangle is what happened when I tried to post the same image on the same site with Librewolf.

In this case I am posting images via copying it from one site and pasting it to another.
