Mastodon friends if they were still making #Lego Movie stuff and made a "The Lego ____ Movie" in the style of The Lego Batman movie, what would you want it to be about

The usual hangar force field doesn't fit the pirates' lower tech level, so the Saratan-class assault carrier instead got a simple hangar door in the form of an ingot; couldn't get an inverted jumper plate to work. With no catapult, this ship has to get in close for CASE squads to be effective. #LEGO

This weeks #Lego #FossilFriday is #Protemnodon

In the early-mid 1800s, fossil remains of several different species were found in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. They were sent to English biologist Richard Owen.

In 1874, he would name a newly found kangaroo relative Protemnodon anak.

Protemnodon is thought to be physically similar to the far smaller Wallaby. But the largest ones grew almost to the size of Procoptodon, the giant short fact kangaroo.

It occurred to me it’s been 14 years since I last put these two characters together in a photograph. 14 years! How time flies.

The setup (or "setup" ... it’s a dead plant on a table) was there after I shot the golden spaceman a couple of days ago, so I figured why not give it a go. It was fun the last time, it was fun today.

A few months ago, I announced our initiative to save . It's high time for a progress update!

You might have seen hundreds of code updates recently, so now is a good time to demonstrate where we are.

This is clearly not the most impressive EV3 robot you've ever seen, but we're excited about the progress we've made on motors, sensors, and the EV3 brick.

One of the next big steps will be to enable USB communication with the brick. This is necessary to download and run programs.
