Lubuntu 25.04 (Plucky Puffin) Released
I feel I should remind anyone using my #kde6 repo for #slackware that as it has been for months already, you can install #lxqt with a simple “slackpkg install lxqt” from an installed system, or the kde6 liveslak. It’s already available to you, dear reader. With no additional configuration needed! (Ok— LXQt may require additional setup).
llegue un poco tarde al viernes de escritorio, pero aquí lo voy a dejar de todas maneras, por que ahora anduve con #lxqt que es muy comodo y eficiente en #EndeavourOS #linux

I pushed #lxqt 2.2.0 for #crux to my repo for 3.7 & the upcoming 3.8 systems. https://github.com/mac-a-r0ni/lxqt
Oh and yes I’d done the arm64 #slackwareaarch64 packages as well around the same time. Hopefully this weekend, I can finalize the changes for the all-in-one repo on arm64. #kde6 #lxqt
Whether or not anyone actually read my website info on this update, I wrote it while I was being talked to, which is impossible to do. So if it sounds broken and is impossible to understand, my aplologies. https://slackware.lngn.net/#news #kde6 #lxqt
Ok, I still haven’t grasped the proper formatting for ChangeLog.txt being parsed through the gen_repo_files but I’m getting somewhere with it. #kde6 gear 25.04.0 is up, there’s 3 new deps (like unstable had), and #lxqt 2.2.0 is up as well on Intel. https://slackware.lngn.net/#news
Команда LXQt объявляет о выпуске LXQt 2.2.0 с улучшенной поддержка Wayland, улучшениями для PCManFM-Qt, переключением профилей питания и другими улучшениями
Was only 2 warnings with a test build for #lxqt. Fixed up. Ready for another few builds on different systems before we ship some packages. Should be ready to ship soon. #slackware
As far as I know, Lubuntu is the only LXQt distro with a real community. That and the system's overall high quality makes this the best LXQt spin out there.
I tested the daily builds a couple of times, and I'm eager to try this new release.
Hace mucho que no participo en el viernes de escritorio, y no es mala idea hacerlo en viernes santo.
Aquí con #lxqt 2.2 recién salido con #linuxfromscratch. saludos. #ViernesDeEscritorio
LXQt 2.2 Desktop freigegeben, mit vielen Wayland-Verbesserungen.

So today’s releases of #kde Gear 25.04.0 and #lxqt 2.2.0 should arrive in my repos this weekend. I thought about taking the day off work for all this… but I shouldn’t do that in this countries current climate. Best go make my money and play when I have time to play. I *am* uploading the #kde6 #slackwareaarch64 rebuild right now though, so there’s at least something to play with.
