Andy<p>Finished <a href="https://mstdn.party/tags/reading" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>reading</span></a> <a href="https://mstdn.party/tags/KissMeJudas" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>KissMeJudas</span></a> (Graphic Novel) by <a href="https://mstdn.party/tags/WillChristopherBaer" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>WillChristopherBaer</span></a>. </p><p>This is the graphic novel adapted from the screenplay & sticks pretty closely to the source, with some condensing & a slightly modified ending. </p><p>Illustrations are deliberately sparse (think <a href="https://mstdn.party/tags/EddieCampbell" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>EddieCampbell</span></a> with <a href="https://mstdn.party/tags/AlanMoore" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>AlanMoore</span></a> on <a href="https://mstdn.party/tags/FromHell" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>FromHell</span></a>) & it suits the tone. The writing captures the unhinged, hallucinogenic mood of the novel. & so, whilst this recommended, first read the novel.
