The water in this fountain in Chichester in 2013 was still liquid but it was cold enough so that which had fallen on the surrounding decoration had turned to ice.

My sister loves that she can reach out and touch the rocky hills by my house from the car window and also that it produces huge sheets of icicles. I thought others from the plans or hot climates might enjoy them as well.
