I don’t think they are easy to get hold of outside of Japan but they look super interesting. I’ll only be in Matsue for the few days visit, not travelling elsewhere.</p>

Wouldn't be able to do this without Adafruit's source code, I don't have the free time to decipher the datasheet!</p><p>I still don't have the actual thermocouple. It's on order...</p>
