Der neue Klimaschocker von @CopernicusEU
ist draußen, und die kompensatorische #hopium-Produktion läuft auf Hochtouren: zB wird auf den Ausbau Erneuerbarer Energien in der EU verwiesen, aber die bringen nicht per se #Klimaschutz .

Hier ein paar Infos re: #Energiewende:
der absolute Ausbau Erneuerbarer Energien (EE) führt nicht zu Klimaschutz, wenn die Energienachfrage stärker ansteigt, als der Ausbau von Erneuerbaren – genau die Situation, in der wir sind. In einer unglaublich energiehungrigen Welt (weil kapitalistisches Wachstum, heutzutage dazu noch KI), in der Effizienzgewinne nicht zu Einsparungen, sondern zur Ausweitung von Produktion führen, ist der Ausbau von EE nur ein Teil einer allgemeinen “all of the above”-Strategie, wenn es um Energiequellen geht.

Mehr EE heißt nicht mehr Klimaschutz. Absolut weniger Fossile Energien verbrennen heißt Klimaschutz, und mehr EE heißt nicht weniger Fossile.

@Tharpa Impeachment, the way it's written in the US, is less likely to happen than an asteroid hitting the Earth again, I'd feel.

Somebody should do the math because imo it's only there to troll us with #Hopium.

Others, if we're lucky he doesn't get a third term and then doesn't convert to lifetime like Putin with "show" elections.

Als het gaat over een rapport over iets wat misschien op theoretische gronden zou kunnen, een soort literatuur studie dus, dan is de term “onderzoek” wat misleidend. Alsof in de praktijk al gebleken is dat dit zo is.

Dit kabinet is verslaafd aan hopium. Verslaafden aan hopium hopen dat een nog niet bestaande oplossing of maatregel alle problemen gaat oplossen.
