न्यूज़ एजेंसी रॉयटर्स की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, रूस की स्पेशल फोर्स ने कुर्स्क क्षेत्र में यूक्रेनी इकाइयों पर हमला करने के लिए काफी अंदर तक घुसपैठ की. मॉस्को की तरफ से ये हमला ऐसे समय में हुआ है जब वो अपने सीमावर्ती इलाके के उन हिस्सों को फिर से हासिल करने के प्रयास तेज कर रहा है, जिन्हें यूक्रेन ने एक चौंकाने वाले हमले में जब्त कर लिया था. कीव के अनुसार, इस अभियान का उद्देश्य भविष्य की शांति वार्ता में मोलभाव करना और रूस को पूर्वी यूक्रेन में अपने आक्रामक अभियान से सैनिकों को हटाने के लिए मजबूर करना था.

न्यूज़ एजेंसी AP की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, यूक्रेन में पैदा हुए क्रेमलिन समर्थक ब्लॉगर ने टेलीग्राम पर पोस्ट कर बताया कि रूसी हमलावरों ने पाइपलाइन के अंदर लगभग 15 किलोमीटर (9 मील) तक पैदल घुसपैठ की, जिसका उपयोग मॉस्को हाल ही में यूरोप को गैस भेजने के लिए करता था.

टू मेजर्स उपनाम के एक अन्य युद्ध ब्लॉगर ने बताया कि सुदजा में भयंकर लड़ाई हुई और रूस की सेना गैस पाइपलाइन का उपयोग करके शहर में प्रवेश करने में सफल रही. कई रूसी टेलीग्राम चैनलों ने स्पेशल फोर्स के सैनिकों की तस्वीरें दिखाईं जो गैस मास्क पहने हुए थे और एक बड़ी पाइप के अंदर नजर आ रहे थे.

यूक्रेन के जनरल स्टाफ ने भी की पुष्टि

इस मामले की यूक्रेन के जनरल स्टाफ ने भी शनिवार को पुष्टि करते हुए कहा कि रूसी तोड़फोड़ और हमला करने वाले समूहों ने हमले के लिए पाइपलाइन का इस्तेमाल किया. उन्होंने बताया कि फिलहाल रूसी विशेष बलों का पता लगाया जा रहा है और उन्हें रोका जा रहा है.

ब्लॉगर यूरी पोडोल्याका ने दावा किया कि कुछ रूसी सैनिकों ने सुदजा शहर के पास यूक्रेनी यूनिट पर हमला करने से पहले कई दिन पाइपलाइन में बिताए थे. फरवरी 2022 में यूक्रेन पर रूस के हमले से पहले सुदजा में लगभग 5,000 लोग रह रहे थे और वहां पर पाइपलाइन के साथ कुछ प्रमुख गैस और माप स्टेशन भी हैं.
