Brad Linder<p><strong>GMK NucBox K11 mini PC features Ryzen 9 8945HS, OCuLink, 2.5 GbE LAN, dual-fans, and RGB lighting</strong></p><p>The <strong>GMK NucBox K11</strong> is a 5.2″ x 5″ x 2.3″ desktop computer with an unusual design feature: a clear panel on the top of the case that reveals a large fan with RGB lighting effects. But while the RGB LED lights are purely for looks, the fan is one of two inside the computer that are designed to let the included AMD Ryzen 9 8945HS processor run at up to 70 watts without difficulty.</p><p><a href="https://fave.co/3P8KZuV" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Available now from the GMK website for $480 and up</a>, the NucBox K11 also features support for up to 96GB of RAM, up to two SSDs, and a decent set of ports that lets you connect up to four displays, an external graphics dock, and more.</p><p></p><p>Inside the case there are two SODIMM slots, each with support for up to 48GB of DDR5-5600 memory and two M.2 2280 slots, each with support for PCIe NVMe storage. In addition to the fan on top of the case, there’s a heat sink and a second fan with a copper base on the bottom. These work to draw air up from the bottom of the computer and push it through the system and then out through the vents in the sides.</p><p>Ports include:</p><ul><li>1 x OCuLink (64 Gbps)</li><li>2 x USB4 Type-C (40 Gbps)</li><li>2 x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A (10 Gbps)</li><li>2 x USB 2.0 Type-A (480 Mbps)</li><li>1 x DisplayPort 2.1</li><li>1 x HDMI 2.1</li><li>2 x 2.5 GbE LAN (Intel i226-V)</li><li>1 x 3.5mm audio</li></ul><p>Both of the USB4 ports support power, data, and video, so you can connect as many as four 4K displays when you use both of those ports along with the DisplayPort and HDMI ports.</p><p>The computer’s Ryzen 9 8945HS processor features 8 AMD Zen 4 CPU cores and Radeon 780M integrated graphics with 12 RDNA 3 GPU cores, and GMK says the system is configured to allow the processor to run a 35 watts (silent mode), 54 watts (balanced mode), or 65 to 70 watts (performance mode).</p> <a href="https://liliputing.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/k11_01.jpg" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"></a> <a href="https://liliputing.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/k11_02.jpg" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"></a> <a href="https://liliputing.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/k11_03.jpg" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"></a> <a href="https://liliputing.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/k11_04.jpg" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"></a> <a href="https://liliputing.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/k11_05.jpg" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"></a> <a href="https://liliputing.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/k11_06.jpg" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"></a> <a href="https://liliputing.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/k11_07.jpg" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"></a> <a href="https://liliputing.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/k11_08.jpg" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"></a> <p><em>via <a href="https://www.minimachines.net/actu/gmktec-nucbox-k11-131847" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">MiniMachines</a></em></p><p><a rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" class="hashtag u-tag u-category" href="https://liliputing.com/tag/gmk/" target="_blank">#gmk</a> <a rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" class="hashtag u-tag u-category" href="https://liliputing.com/tag/gmk-nucbox-k11/" target="_blank">#gmkNucboxK11</a> <a rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" class="hashtag u-tag u-category" href="https://liliputing.com/tag/hawk-point/" target="_blank">#hawkPoint</a> <a rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" class="hashtag u-tag u-category" href="https://liliputing.com/tag/mini-pc/" target="_blank">#miniPc</a></p>
