️ Does anyone know if there is a way for #VLC Media Player to retain #playlist data after closing the program? I had a crash today, and recreating my playlist was hard. I have tried saving to an XSPF playlist file, but these don't update with new entries (they seem to be read-only) If the feature doesn't exist, I am willing to put aside some money to send to VideoLAN to have it as a feature on Linux and other platforms.

Working in an adapted company (80% of our workforce have disabilities, autism and cognitive disability...). We need accessible software and by far Microsoft is the leader.

A subtlety probably difficult to spot in the animation is that the interaction of the two waves leaves them phase shifted, with the taller wave gaining position, while the shorter one loses it. This further animation shows the interactions again (purple) but I’ve also shown what would happen if each wave moved without interaction with the other (red and blue).

@EUCommission I would much more like to see all these huge funds and resources be invested into free/libre and opensource software and hardware communities and projects. If any useful, truly AI and truly anything helpful for society is there, this is where it would most likely come from. And it would come out organically and out of real need. Not forcing it at any cost, just because someone has some FOMO.
