Just did my first set of prog in M5S. First time PFing savage. And... suddenly I don't feel so bad about myself and my level of skill.

Still feels bad to be stuck on the same mechanic for ~5 hours.

New trophy crystal rewards means getting one of my favourite emotes that the WoL does during cutscenes: /determined (punching fist in hand)

They also have the /spirit emote now which loops so it might be a good alternative to /cheer but the expression is oddly aggressive. #FFXIV

I finally got my #FFXIV screenshots sorted. So, I'm tired. Aaaand from this screenshot, so's she! 😴 :blobcatmelt2:

But it means I can mostly start compiling and writing the post tomorrow. It's going to be about a week late. But it will get done.

Time for meds and bed, though I'm likely to be late up "tomorrow". Sorry I'm not around much, but I'm glad that, here on Fedi and in GamePad, it's okay not to be.

Heyas,

My health's been really unhelpful so far this week. I've been trying to get to sleep earlier, but I'm not waking up much earlier, so the brain fog is awful most of the time.

I did some woodwork this afternoon rather than go straight into anxiety/content-producing things.

I still have 30+ images to edit for a #FFXIV guide, so I'll probably not be on socials much tonight. Whenever I crash and burn I'll get into game before sleep.

How you know it's raid unlocking time in #FFXIV

For the record, I do not flood post items! Usually 2-3 stacks at a time. I was just not sleeping so why not make fake currency at the same time? ;)

"Jenn, why do you have so much materia??"

Am good at managing multiple fake currencies. Dunno why. Just am! Wish I was this good at actual markets.

I've made millions on the market board between to 2 to 6 am selling materia. The raid unlocked at 4 am.

Can any #FFXIV-ers decode this phrase from the LftP live, please?

"Cosmic tools are the latest iteration of tool enhancement quests for crafters and gatherers. Be sure to pick them up before you get into Cosmic Exploration..." (Ref: forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/th ).

Does this mean:

1. There are "tool enhancement quests" available before 7.21, that I should do before Cosmic quests? or

2. You "pick up" the tools at 7.21 _then_ go on Cosmic quests to enhance them?

Hey Folks,

I had a dentist appointment with wifey, then we went out for food for the first time since...well, the last dentist appointment six months ago, I think.

But I've since been trying to progress my #FFXIV blog post. It's image heavy and needs over 60 images in total. Not just a simple crop-and-adjust either.

But I still have >40% to go and it's late, so I'll try again tomorrow. I just need to play for rest for a bit before I sleep.
