Ich möchte FTTH aber nur über EasyBell buchen, welche keinen Ausbau anstoßen. Die erwarten, dass man schon angeschlossen ist. Telekom & Stadtwerke gibt's nur mit mind. 1 Jahr Vertragslaufzeit und shitty Bandbreite, oder 2 Jahre Laufzeit. Alles schien zu laufen, Zugangsdaten haben wir erhalten und die Telefon-Zugangsdaten funktionieren sogar bereits, wobei natürlich noch keine Anrufe ankommen und wir noch nicht darüber telefonieren können.Nun erhalte ich ernsthaft am Samstag um 20 Uhr diese Mail:"Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,hiermit bestätigen wir den Eingang Ihres Widerrufs für den Tarif Komplett allnet speed.Wir bedauern Ihre Entscheidung und hoffen, Sie bald wieder als Kunde bei easybell begrüßen zu dürfen.Mit freundlichen Grüßen Ihre easybell-Kundenbetreuung"Selbstverständlich habe ich nicht storniert, auch kein Kollege hat dies getan.
