It's shocking that #maga people are OFFENDED that #denmark would have issues over the #usa basically DEMANDING #greenland join after their outright refusal to US #political aggression.

I'd be offended as a Greenlander if a country said we were not managing our territory right, which was said by #JDVance who then said they basically HAVE to listen to the US.

Also softly suggesting military force be used.

Guess they just WANT war with the EU.

JD Vance tells US troops in Greenland, stationed in that part of the Kingdom of Denmark under an agreement with Denmark, that the US has to gain control of Greenland.

About as aggressive as it gets.

"So why did anyone come to aid the #USA after 9/11? 🤔

#Fox News host #Jesse_Watters on future plans regarding #Greenland:

“And being friendly to the world is what got us in this mess. We're not in high school. We don't need friends. Every country puts their interests first, and when our interests align, we can do business.

And when they don't - that's life. If we have to burn down a few bridges with #Denmark to take #Greenland… we're big boys,

“ When Vance says that Denmark is not protecting Greenland and the base, he is wishing away generations of cooperation, as well as the NATO alliance itself. Denmark was a founding member of NATO, and it is already American’s job to defend Denmark and Greenland, just as it is Denmark’s job (as with other members) to defend the United States.”

Denmark is open to discussions with the U.S. on how to "fix" the status quo in #Greenland, the country's foreign minister said, after Vice President #JDVance accused #Copenhagen of failing to adequately protect the Arctic island during a controversial visit on Friday.

> In a post to X addressed to #Denmark's "dear American friends" late Friday, Danish Foreign Minister #LarsLokkeRasmussen said his nation agrees that the "status quo" in the #Arctic "is not an option."
