رسیدم به فصل ۹، صفحهٔ ۲۷۹. تا این جا هم کتاب همچنان همون جوریه که بالاتر درباره‌اش نوشتم، و دارم لذت می‌برم و پیوسته بینش عمیق #Deming رو بهتر می‌فهمم. مشتاقم برسم به فصل ۱۱ که تا این جا چپ و راست داره بهش ارجاع می‌ده و توش مفهوم «سیستم پایدار» رو توضیح می‌ده. کتابش سبک عجیبیه. شاید حدود ۱۰ درصد تئوری غیر ریاضی، ۱۰ درصد نمودار و عدد و حساب‌کتاب، و ۸۰ درصد مثال از حوزه‌های مختلف صنعت به شکل قصه و نامه و لیست و بریدهٔ روزنامه حتی.
