Je suis parti rouler sur un peu de gravelle aujourd'hui (en fait, de la poussière de pierre). Il faisait très chaud et humide, mais sous les arbres, c'était beaucoup plus frais.

J'ai bu plus de 2 litres de liquides pour une sortie d'environ 3h30.

Toujours aussi satisfait d'avoir retiré les garde-boue en alu. J'ai l'impression d'avoir un nouveau vélo!

Update one week after my surgery.

Yesterday, I was able to switch from crutches to a cane in my apartment. It’s a game changer for moving faster and carrying some stuff!

Today was my first time out of my apartment to have lunch with my daughter. Taking an Uber to go and walking a part for the return. For now, I did 650 meters and keep going…

We need to enjoy our small victories :-)
