Computer Engineering JMUYesterday we present the new BMBF project "DE:RamSys - Open Source Simulation Tools for Semiconductor Memory" at the kick-off event for <a href="https://mastodon.acm.org/tags/Chipdesign" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Chipdesign</a> <a href="https://mastodon.acm.org/tags/Germany" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Germany</a> in Hannover. The consortium consists of JMU Würzburg, the RPTU Kaiserslautern, and Fraunhofer IESE. Together, over the next three years, we will further develop the <a href="https://mastodon.acm.org/tags/DRAM" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#DRAM</a> <a href="https://mastodon.acm.org/tags/Simulator" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Simulator</a> <a href="https://mastodon.acm.org/tags/DRAMSys" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#DRAMSys</a>.
