Why is #bitwarden so hard to use? Now I learn I cannot move a record out of my organisation into my personal vault.
This is a great security feature to apply to my staff, but I as the owner of the account should be able to do this.

@rwaffen I would argue against replacing all by one suite. It may be a convenient, but you make yourself dependent again. I use #proton for #VPN and drive. #Fastmail for mail and calendar. For Office stuff, #LibreOffice is perfect for me. Passwords in #Bitwarden. I don't lack any convenience working with these diverse tools.

@Jeff Been using #Vaultwarden for years. Zero issues. Its #opensource, supported by official mobile #Bitwarden apps.
Team behind the VW solution is very on top of things in terms of features that BW pushes down and its not keeping for themselves. A simple 1 or 2 container solution will get you up and running in minutes.
It support multi-user setup, shared collections, and full compatibility with export options towards official BW or 3rd party managers.
Ok, so what is the fediverse's opinion on Bitwarden and Vaultwarden?
I was giving GrapheneOS a spin and since 1password doesn't have an FDroid app I spun up a vaultwarden docker and installed Bitwarden.
Functionally I like it, and it could be an alternative for my 2FA keys too.
Anything that I should be watching out for? Is there any gotchas that I'm missing?
Bitwarden or 1Password? Which one is better in your opinion?
I'm using Bitwarden for a few years now, and I can't complain, but it's an American company, and I want to ditch as many American services I'm using as possible. And now I got a free family account for 1Password, and I'm considering a switch. Would you recommend that?

Looking for improved #security on my personal devices. Can somebody who uses #bitwarden please tell me a little bit about what to expect if I download and install it?
Been reducing my dependence on my phone.
Secret tip? #BitWarden One Time Passwords, use it instead of text or authenticator APP (and everyone wants to use an APP!). I used to use Authy but they shut down the desktop app because fuck you use your capitalistically mandated tracking device, citizen!
