People in America should start strapping homemade bombs onto themselves, call in false reports to ICE on themselves being illegal immigrants, and when the ICE agents get to them, they blow everyone up. Even if every attempt doesn't kill the ICE agents, it'll make them scared to respond to reports, which will slow their activity down depending on how many people choose to participate.
