Sucatec ate Ltd<p>In 1909, Short Brothers revolutionized aerospace by creating the first aircraft assembly line, producing Wright Flyers on the Isle of Sheppey. This marked the transition from artisanal aircraft building to scalable manufacturing. Other pioneers like Blériot, Fokker, and Curtiss followed, shaping modern aviation. Today’s aerospace hubs, with robotics and precision engineering, owe their roots to these early innovators who redefined complex manufacturing. <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Aerospace" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Aerospace</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Innovation" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Innovation</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/AviationHistory" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>AviationHistory</span></a></p>

dcthreepainterA New Legacy - The First of Thirteen<br> <br> Built as a Douglas C-47B Skytrain, serial number 34378 arrived late for participation in World War II with the United States Army Air Forces. They stored the aircraft after just three months of service and soon released her to the commercial market. As of 2025, this VIP-configured airframe continues to fly as the well preserved N345VJ for Vaerus Jet Sales.<br> <br> <a href="https://dcthreepainter.com/collections/34378-douglas-dc-3-c-47b" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://dcthreepainter.com/collections/34378-douglas-dc-3-c-47b</a><br> <br> <a href="https://pixelfed.art/discover/tags/gimp?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#gimp</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.art/discover/tags/blender?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#blender</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.art/discover/tags/blender3d?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#blender3d</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.art/discover/tags/blenderart?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#blenderart</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.art/discover/tags/python?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#python</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.art/discover/tags/airplane?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#airplane</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.art/discover/tags/Airplanes?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Airplanes</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.art/discover/tags/aviation?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#aviation</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.art/discover/tags/aviationart?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#aviationart</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.art/discover/tags/aviationhistory?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#aviationhistory</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.art/discover/tags/aircraft?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#aircraft</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.art/discover/tags/militaryaircraft?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#militaryaircraft</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.art/discover/tags/vintageaircraft?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#vintageaircraft</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.art/discover/tags/avgeek?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#avgeek</a> <a href="https://pixelfed.art/discover/tags/oklahomacity?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#oklahomacity</a>
Destination's Journey<p>The Martin XB-48 was an American medium jet bomber developed in the mid-1940s. It competed with the Boeing B-47 Stratojet, which proved to be a superior design, and was largely considered as a backup plan in case the B-47 ran into development problems. It never saw production or active duty, and only two prototypes, serial numbers 45-59585 and 45-59586, were built. <a href="https://www.destinationsjourney.com/historical-military-photographs/martin-xb-48-medium-jet-bomber/" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://www.</span><span class="ellipsis">destinationsjourney.com/histor</span><span class="invisible">ical-military-photographs/martin-xb-48-medium-jet-bomber/</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/MartinXB48" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>MartinXB48</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/MartinB48" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>MartinB48</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/aviation" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>aviation</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/aviationhistory" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>aviationhistory</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/bomber" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>bomber</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/USAF" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>USAF</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/aeroplane" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>aeroplane</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/airplane" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>airplane</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/aircraft" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>aircraft</span></a></p>
