I suppose I’m angry with myself for getting myself into this position where I’m overloaded with caring responsibilities. I know first hand how debilitating terrible #mentalhealth is - I had excruciating, paralysing #anxiety and #depression for decades, along with occasional over energetic, over stimulated bouts of aggressive hypomania. I’m so much better now, which makes it harder for me to empathise with C. I know it’s irrational but my brain is like, if I can dig myself out, why can’t she?
