Connected my new #WeatherStation to the Internet. Not that I need or want to but I wanted to try.
I should have known … this caused the printer to disconnect from the #network. Checked other devices and the television had stopped talking to the #NAS.
Disconnected weather station, … nothing.
Rebooted the router, which brought the printer back to life but music is now not working over #DLNA (only #AirPlay, which is rubbish) and the TV still cannot see the network drive.

I have test fitted the #AirPlay / #AndroidAuto screen on my #motorcycle. It comes with a nice, sturdy ball mount.

Had to take the universal mount bar off of the bike, because the screen would end up too high or too low mounting it there. It's now attached to the screen mount.

Cabling is going to be ugly on a bike with a closed fairing like mine. I've even thought about drilling a hole in the fairing, but no...

I had a really strange Shairport Sync issue that I spent several hours debugging:

In a very specific setting, Shairport Sync would crash with “Bus error (core dumped)” when playing a track. ONLY when MQTT was enabled and ONLY when playing a track from #OwnTone (other sources, such as Apple devices, worked fine).

I eventually solved it by simply installing the system from scratch onto a new SD card. 🤯 Maybe the SD card was just bad?
