Mike McCaffreyDon't get me started on how <a href="https://drupal.community/tags/Acquia" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Acquia</a> is telling people to add a line to their htaccess file that uses mod_deflate without actually checking that the module is enabled, so if the site is moved to an environment running apache without it enabled, it will just whitescreen.

Bugs caused the exam to restart three times, he lost all his work. Software gave the test supervisor complete control of the machine! They opened Photoshop by accident (it could've contained something deeply personal). They also made him switch browser, which meant he had to reveal a password to them so he could copy it over.
