Just now finished The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds a second time, the first was in regular difficulty and the second in Hero mode. Such a good game I usually pass on the harder difficulty replay of games that I didn't enjoyed that much. 😃
The only part of the game that was noticeably way harder is the Treacherous Tower's Advanced course, I have to do it multiple times until I get it done for the first time and then I needed to do it again just to get the last upgraded item the Super Net. While both of the items the Advanced course gives are pretty useless in my opinion, but I needed them just for completeness sake.

played some #streetfighter iv on the #2ds XL. I don't care much for the 3d art style that #capcom has adopted but I can't deny this is a fun game. I bet it was great in its day with the local and online multiplayer as well as the street pass features.

fitting that I listened to the electric underground episode on "the tragedy of fighting games" recently.

My younger kid has been spending the past few weeks flying through the #Kirby platformer games, mostly in reverse order. They started with Kirby's Epic Yarn (#Wii), jumped to Kirby: Planet Robobot, then Kirby: Triple Deluxe (#3DS), and now are persevering through Kirby's Return to Dreamland (Wii again).

Kirby's Epic Yarn being the exception, I find the Kirby games became increasingly beginner-friendly as time went on. They never stopped being fun for experienced players, though. Neat trick.

Bit later than usual.
So glad to be done with the early shift for the next 4 weeks now.
Next week I have the day shift, so I won't be able to post much at all for a couple of days.

Spent a bit too long working in the garden this afternoon, so I'm even more exhausted than usual. 😅

Anyway, todays release is the very last issue of ONM:

Official Nintendo Magazine 114 - December 2014 (UK)

I'm still using my #2ds xl as my alarm clock (by way of the #nds picture clock) and I love it tons. I never had a ds but i get hints of its ui through some of the games and utils. it was aesthetically way better than the #3ds in my opinion. almost makes me want to scoop one up since I mostly use my 2ds xl for my ds carts.

in my picture rotation are a #cruzeiro flag, a screenshot of sem-strut from #raycrisis, and a zaku from the original #gundam #anime. need to add pics of the family and cats!

@BasementDweller3000 Some not-so-old computers, too - I've purchased a few Thinkpads there over the years, all of them within 3 years of manufacturing (sometimes still under original warranty) and in good condition, for around $300. Also, lots of tools for sale, both manual and powered. Plus, people are friendly and happy to chat.

I won't be at the first Flea this month, but I'll try and make it in May.

(And if you bring a Nintedo #3DS, I usually get five or so StreetPass pings there.)
