The process of figuring out why the #fish shell isn't reporting aliases with the `which` command led me to this great movement in documentation from the `man which` page:
> --read-alias, -i
> Read aliases from stdin, reporting matching ones on stdout. This is
> useful in combination with using an alias for which itself. For exam‐
> ple alias which='alias | which -i'.
That *does* all make sense, but is still impressive for using 'alias' and 'which' so many times in one concept!
