Swiss gov. upholds right to download copyrighted content - ProtonVPN Blog

The Swiss National Council ratified that individuals can download their content for their personal use. ProtonVPN has several P2P servers in Switzerland.

@vosaxalo just to be clear: P2P means uploading & downloading, otherwise the network will not work. Uploading copyrighted content is still forbidden in Switzerland. What is allowed is, e.g. downloading from one-click-hosters or using community-unfriendly solutions like BitThief.
