@person in web development, there are HTTP Status Codes  that computers use to communicate whether a given request is successful or has an error.
A 200 is a successful request, while a 400 indicates an error.
Since these depend on web developers adhering to the intended meaning, it's pretty common to come across status codes that are essentially lies, like this one.
