Is it spicy to cite the specification when talking about ? rounded-xl, dark-sky-500, and so on totally goes against the advice of the specification for appropriate class values for .

In our modern web dev world a spec quote (scroll down from here - html.spec.whatwg.org/#global-a) shouldn't be a hot take, but sadly it for many it is

The HTML specification says don’t use class names that describe presentation concepts, use more meaning oriented words. This directly conflicts with what Tailwind proposes.

@thomasapowell This is one of the reasons that put me off Bootstrap years ago.

Tailwind isn't the first to do this, but since some people treat TW as a religion (not to mention many hating CSS), I doubt we'll see the end of this practice anytime soon.
