New, minor pblog patch hot off the press!

"First Community Patch & Tweaks"

@tdarb the tweaks option is a good way to go. Great job incorporating community features without straying from your vision.
A suggestion to consider: add the tweaks to the main makefile as an include. By default the tweaks makefile can be empty and user can configure that file but be able to upgrade the main makefile if/when pblog has an update. Same idea with css too.

@shom Fantastic idea. Will look into this once I get another chance to pass

@tdarb Looks pretty cool! I've been meaning to implement ToC on my own blog for ages.

@tdarb One question—does the way tweaks are implemented allow you to add multiple tweaks? (assuming they're compatible)

@benjaminhollon Right now the tweaks are just added by the users manually 😛 So whatever you want to add / remove - go for it!

My plan for the next small patch is to do this more dynamically (using includes so it won't mess with the core pblog files itself)

@tdarb Ah, got it.

Would be neat if they were implemented through middleware or something like that.
