The economics of printed tech books is really tough. My publisher, Purple Squirrel, has been looking at a Print-On-Demand option and it looks like that will eventually happen. I also want to update the book for 0.19. Most of the book is still completely relevant but the new Part::Links need to be discussed. Maybe @normand would consider coming out of retirement long enough to review it?
