It is as if you get addicted to your healthy routine. I've seen people who go to the extreme of keeping their spartan like routine.
Opinions differ and people are different.
What I wanted in my life is to keep a balance. It's like walking in the middle path and try to keep ourselves detached from certain things. I can quit smoking if I practice and successfully do that.
I'm no saint and I'm not addicted to fitness and health, I wish I was though, but I do eat healthy and I do workout regularly. It's something I can recommend everyone trying out, it's not only good for your body, it makes wonders for your mental health as well.
